Ancora, Ancora
Portals are an invitation. We are drawn inexorably to the beyond, the unknown, a liminal space that lingers just on the other side of the passageway. It's the promise and undying hope of communion with benevolent spirits, profound realities, and a taste of the wisdoms of spiritual beings who have tread these paths before us.
The portal is a gateway, a physical space that insists on personal transformations, acceptance of dualities, and the embracing of the future unknown. Not merely linear, nor embodying rote escapism, but a bold call for peace, lightness, and a softness - the qualities necessary to accommodate our societal failures, and profound dissonance of this human season.
To persist, steadfastly naive, accepting, curious, and somehow benevolent in the face of modern tragedy, remains the greatest promise of redemption. An impulsive reaction to austerity and spartan functionality, a compact and joyful-colorful resistance proposed in its form, the portal is simultaneously rigorously geometric and symmetric, yet also luminous, flowing, semi-transparent, erratic in confluences of color, a kaleidoscopic presence, an object of profound simplicity and boundless meaning.
